Please read the Communion Webring membership information:
1. One of my hopes for for this project is to provide a way for
Episcopalian/Anglican and Roman Catholic/Eastern Orthodox families
to maintain a presence on the internet which is rich in the tradition
and
history of the Church. Sites relevant to: the history of Christianity
and
Medieval or Renaissance studies; are encouraged to join us, too.
So I guess that means we'd like to hear from members of the
Celtic Christian Communion and the Church of Scotland, too.
Sheesh! It's kind of tough separating people from the Body of
Christ based upon their specific polity and tradition, isn't
it?
2. If you are adding a family homepage, it would be nice to include
a mention of your church or diocese somewhere on your page.
If your church has a website, a link to that page from your own
would be great, too. These are not requirements to join the ring.
Just things that might be nice.
3. Please make the webring graphic accessible. If it's not actually
on your main page, then please make sure that your webring page
is only one click away. Or, you can just register your webring
page
URL with the webring and have a link to the main page from there.
Whatever.
1. Click on The Last Supper in our webring
graphic
and get an ID Number for your homepage.
2. View the HTML code for the Webring Fragment
HERE.
3. Copy ( highlight and press "Ctrl C") and
Paste ("Ctrl V")
the webring fragment into your document.
4. Change all the blanks in the webring fragment
to your
own information, including the ID Number.
5. Copy (right click) and Save the image below
in your homepage folder:
(Hint: Uploading the image to your own directory
will make
the 16K graphic load faster.)
6. Upload everything (including the image file)
to your server.
You're almost there!
7. E-mail me when you're done, and I'll add you
to the ring.
Probably not immediately. But soon.
(If you have any trouble lifting the HTML
code from your screen,
e-mail me and I'll send it.)
Thanks for joining the Communion Webring!
