STEP 5

Your 250x250 image should now look like this.

STEP 6

Cilck on you Paint Brush Tool and thenclick on BRUSH TIP, then BRUSH OPTIONS button *looks like a paintbrush* then click on *CUSTOM*, now click on browse til you get it to C:\Program Files\Paint Shop Pro 5\Brushes\nannies_brushes\ then highltight the angel click OK.

STEP 7

Make a NEW LAYER on your 250x250 imageand center your paint brush at 125x125 on this New Layer *NOTE* still using the same SOLID COLOR you originally filled the PSD image with.

STEP 8

While on the New Layer got to IMAGE/EFFECTS/CUTOUT and use the settings:.

Your Image should now look like this after the CUTOUT EFFECT..
