Hi! Welcome to my homepage. I'm Zach and I am 10 years old. Can you tell I LOVE the University of Alabama? :-) One of these days I am Bama bound, but for now, this is the uniform I wear on my team at school!

In the fall I like to play and watch football. After football ends, it's time for basketball! Even though I'm on the short side, it's fun!

Right now it's summer time though, which means baseball rules! I play second base and love it! Right now my team is going into the playoffs for the city championship. Baseball is really a lot of fun for me - making the "impossible" diving catch or chasing down a base runner, or hitting it right in the gap and getting a triple out of it! Yep, baseball's cool!

When I'm at home I like to play sports games on the "Nintendo 64". Lizard hunting is also a lot of fun. My sisters and Mom are scared of Lizards! When they get in the house, it's my job to catch 'em. I always get my lizard too. When he's caught, he gets to be my pet for a few days. I set up a habitat and catch bugs for his meals. His water is in a jar lid. He has a branch to climb on and grass and leaves. After a few days I let them go again. One time I had several living in my habitat box at once. I gave them all names! :-) I have a friend, Andrew in my neighborhood. We hang out together a good bit, playing ball, hunting lizards, playing Nintendo games . . . just goofing off, basically! I also have a great friend, Drew. We've been best friends since we were little! I have a brother and 3 sisters and I'm right in the middle. Well, here's the update on how we did in the run for the city championship. We didn't win it but we finished in 2nd place in the 9 - 10 year olds for our overall season. Not bad, but I would have liked to be on the city championship team! Oh well....there's always next year! Our regular season record was 14 wins and 4 losses, so we had a lot of fun!!

Some of the things I like to collect are realistic looking rubber snakes, lizards and other critters. I collect baseball cards as well. My brother and I have a lot of good cards. For a long time I begged my mom to let me have some beanie babies. Then all of a sudden a couple of years ago, she saw some up close and liked them! So she let all of us start collecting and she has a beanie collection too!! :-) I'm looking for those bears most of all, but it's not easy to find them at a price I can pay!

When I was real little, my favorite bible story was David and Goliath! I loved that story and I played David and Goliath every day. At night when my Daddy came home, he had to get down in the floor and be Goliath, while I played like I was David. I would shout that I had "power in the Lord!" and then I would swing my pretend sling round and round and knock him out!!! I still like to hear the story of David and Goliath! Hopefully, as I grow up I will depend upon and trust the Lord like David did.
