Hopefully this year they will have another great year of playing and we will have some great news on this page. I know it is in definate need of updating. Please bear with us while we get all the information together. Thanks.

Well as you can tell my husband and I both are die hard Packer fans. Not only because they are a good team but because they have a team full of good people. With a team like Green Bay.. you are definately in for excitement with each and every game. Here are some stats of some outstanding individuals along with some of the things they do in their spare time:
Brett FavreBrett Favre who has now thrown for 3,000 or more yards in five consecutive seasons, has started 77 consecutive games (87 including playoffs), who has been named the NFL's MVP three times in 6 years. He raised $250,000 for the foundation this offseason. Has worked Thanksgiving with the Salvation Army in GB and MS to donate food baskets to needy families.

Gilbert Brown as the Defensive Tackle who has played in 44 games as a pro and registered 73 tackles and 4 sacks. Who spends his time with his son reading and playing. He is a single father.

Robert BrooksRobert Brooks who has totaled 215 catches and 2,795 yards receiving in his career, holds the club's postseason record for most receptions (career) 36, most yards receiving (career) 547, and most games with 100 or more receiving is cabaple of handling those targeted throws by Brett Favre. He maintains his own website at www.robertbrooks.com. He has worked on behalf of the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army, the United Way, and the Leukemia Society as well as being involved with the "Outreach program" and the Red Cross.

Doug Evans who has recorded 239 tackles and nine interceptions in 64 games. Has worked with the Make a Wish Foundation of Chicago.

Jeff Dellenback as Center has provided the Packers' offensive line with some depth and experience during the year. He has played in 165 NFL games, including 92 starts and 11 playoff games. He has worked with numerous foundations including the Say No to Drugs campaign, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, Miami Children's Hospital and the Children's Miracle Network.

Travis Jervey as Running Back has played in 32 games and has totaled 288 yards on rushes and kick returns. He has worked for the Children's Hospital in Charleston, SC and has volunteered his time for Children's Miracle Network by visiting hospitals and giving talks to kids.

Reggie White as Defensive End is the NFL's all-time sack leader with 165.5. He has sacked 62 different quarterbacks and is tied for the record of most consecutive Pro Bowl appearances with 11. The only player in NFL history to register double-digit sack totals in nine consecutive seasons. He helps small businesses or people who want to start small businesses through the inner City Community Investment Corporation in Knoxville, TN. He has also spent time on Philidephia street corners, trying to educate area youngsters about the perils of drugs and alcohol as well as the importance of staying in school. He is also an ordained minister who preaches regularly in various churches.

Now that is only a handful of the team.. I am sure I don't have all of the starters listed.. but these people live very active lives between practicing and playing football, training and traveling to the different games yet they have found time to donate to charities.. to raise the awareness of the needy. They have hearts that are pure gold. When you put the hearts with the talent you come up with one great team. They play awesome games and whether  they win or not they are all champions. Green Bay.. my family and I support you all the way! Go GreenBay!!

Feel the Power
