The biggest problem in the area around Southern Indiana, is massive industial sites. This in turn can create some pretty nasty air. All forms of life depend on the oxygen level to survive, this becomes a problem in hot humid weather when the garbage in the air tends to settle and become thick on plant life. Here is a recipe from Truman, you simply mix it up in a two gallon sprayer, coat your trees, shrubbery and flora well, and I mean saturate, and overnight you will see a response! I am a doubter but Mr. Brown had the last laugh. I have used this time and time again with no damage and healthy happy greenery!
FIRST YOU WILL HAVE TO MIX UP SOME TOBACCO WATER...yes, you will have to buy a plug of tobacco! Use three fingers of tobacco (that's about one inch in width) and put it in the toe of a nylon stocking, tie the stocking closed and set it in a gallon bucket. Pour scalding (boiling) water over it and let it soak until it turns dark brown (about twenty minutes or so). Save the solution no more than one week.

THE RECIPE:

1/8 cup of good dishsoap

1/8 cup of Listerene mouthwash

1/8 cup of tobacco water

Mix together with enough warm water to fill the sprayer and

coat your trees, plants & flora well. It's best to do this in the

evening and it will help keep fungus down.
