My FRIEND: If they are causing you Condemnation -SHAME AND PAIN and on you yourself you placed the BLAME Then you need to RID yourself from all these things.
God does not want us to hold onto a painful- painful past , He has forgiven you SO NOW you must forgive yourself at last.
Every time a hurtful memory streaks across your mind SAY Lord Jesus You died--- Now make this memory thine -- I no longer can stand, and by your WORD---I must abide. I am healed by your stripes
body-mind-and soul- for you have set me free, and you have now set me free of this painful memory and it can no longer last.
As you give each memory into his hands You are set free to worship and praise him as he has given you GRACE to withstand . Although you may have a scar left in its place-- so each time you think of it - Just praise Jesus and quote the word back to Sat

L4 & L5 is not something to LOL at. I know my desk
between the two are crused. And for two years I did not walk and the doctor said I would never walk again. One doctor tried something and put me in braces. That was 19 years ago I am still walking today, but without braces.
