Hi and welcome to my page on the home of the Canucks; Canada!!! This page is still under constuction so please be patient. I hope to have links provided to some great Canadian sites as well as sites from my home province of Nova Scotia. As I am sure that you can tell by reading any Canadian's webpage, we are a proud bunch and LOVE our country. I think it is probably one of the best places in the world to live but then again, I am a little biased. *hehe*

I should tell you a little about where I am from. I come from the province of Nova Scotia which is located on the eastern side of Canada. Nova Scotia is part of what Canadians will refer to as either The Maritimes or The Atlantic Provinces. This gets a little confusing so I will explain it. If you hear the term "Maritimes", then people are referring to the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island (also known as PEI). If you hear the term "Atlantic Provinces", then people are referring to the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI and Newfoundland. I am from a community about 5 minutes outside of Halifax (Nova Scotia's Capitol) called Lakeside. This is what our money looks like. It is a split of a $5.00 bill and a $20.00 bill. I think we have "pretty" money. *LOL* I found US money confusing at the start; it all looks the same!!
