This page will tell you all about how to join
the Portuguese Community Web Ring.

Please do not join this ring unless you intend to add the correct coding to your page (within 7 days).

1. Requirements to join:

In order for you to join the ring:

Your site must have content related to one of the countries in the world-wide Portuguese Community in some manner or to topic(s) related to the Portuguese Community.

You must have a site that is well maintained.

You MUST add the complete coding as soon as possible.

2. Fill this out:

lf you have any problems, e-mail the Portuguese Community Ring Webmaster.

3. Read this:

The above form does not allow you to fully join the ring.
ONLY the Ringmaster for the Portuguese Community can add pages into the ring. Adding pages without the complete coding will cause the ring not to work properly.

After you have filled in the form above, you need to add the following to your site.
Please copy this following and paste it into your homepage.
The instruction are at the bottom!

Please save a copy of the image, (name it: portring.gif) and upload it into your directory. It will be quicker than pulling the image from this site.

5. Instructions:

Where it says .../cgi-bin/webring?ring=ports&id= _____
  Remove line and add your site id #.
  Important! This will need to be done at 6 locations in the coding.
  Make sure you type in the ID# given to you for your site when you registered.

Where it says mailto:_____">
Remove the line and add your e-mail address.

Where it says mailto:_____">_____
Remove the 2nd line and add your name.

6. Almost done:

Once you have done the above, e-mail the Portuguese Community Ringmaster and ask to be added to the ring.
