We met as cyber strangers
A couple years ago
And watched the changes
in our lives
As God helped us to grow

And growth was often painful
As both could sure report
But thru it all we lived and prayed
And tried to lend support

And one became a Butterfly
And grew to spread her wings
The other's still a struggling
But love holds fast the strings

And from a tiny spark
A sister-bonding grew
For such a time as this
The flame of friendship grew

And tho life's often a seesaw
Our love binds heart to heart
And friendship born of His great love
Endures right from the start
