Heyloooo, Yes it's still Washys ring, she just couldn't manage it anymore. The Psycho Skipple girls Katy & Andrea have agreed to take over for her. It will STAY Washy Wacky Hippie Webring. In fact there will be very few changes beyond the html coding (which is only an issue if you are already a member). So, heres the rules, as created by Washy, and updated by Katy:
You MUST have a hippie-ish theme to your page. If you got by before, well, consider yourself lucky. But your site has to be about something hippie related, like a 60s/70s band (like the Monkees, the Beatles, the Who), or show, or philosophy, or something obviously hippyish.

Also, we know this is bending what we said at first, but we will accept Animaniacs, Quantum Leap, and Three Stooges sites in, cause Washy dug that stuff. We will also accept Stargate, Star Wars and B-Horror pages, cause we dig that stuff. And if you have a site, and ya know any of us real well, then bah, we'll add ya in.

But we won't accept sites where we can't find ONE single hippie related thing in, or they ain't in the acceptions. We won't accept any sites with dirty material (this means porn, Katy is a BIG supporter of the Blue Ribbon Free Speech Online Campaign, but this is NOT a porn ring), or sites that diss what any of us like in anyway.
