your name --either your real name or your alias
	your email address --this is needed to finish the registration
	title of your page --what your page is called (used for reference)
	URL to your page --if you dont have a page, you shouldn't be here
	URL of banner --where your banner is located
	your preferred user ID --a 4 to 10 character user ID. you wont use it much it is VERY important to make sure you fill this out

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BANNER... some people try to sign up without a banner... geeze, come on people, use your fucking heads.
