You truly have the opportunity to grow now- to grow up and to experience the wisdom that such maturity offers you. It is action without guile or selfish motivation. It is the purity of the heart. It is the acknowledgment of having learned love, unconditional love, that flows from and to the innocent heart. An innocent heart fears not whether it will be loved or not, for it already recognizes that it is love. An innocent heart does not plan for the future, does not scheme or deceive- it merely gives and receives love without fear or agenda, without prejudice or plan and without past or future. And so, this is the opportunity resting within you now. In order to receive, you must release the dream and expectation of what it will be like to be loved. Once you do this, you will realize that you are love and therefore it is not a thing you for which you must prove your worthiness, nor a thing that fear can place out of reach. In the recognition that you are love is the recognition that you are loved. Indeed, the love that you are will be reflected back by things and persons living and not living. This is the state of innocence, purity and love that you were born into as a child of God. Let go of what you "think" you need or must have in order to be happy. Let go of past forms of "love and alliance" for indeed these forms may not support your present. As you release these forms, so shall you be released from your history, and even those past wounds which continue to ooze anger shall heal in their own countenance of the light of the present. Be at peace. Know that I am. Forget your goals of security, for they will bring no calm, no peace, no tranquillity. Those things, those persons will not buy you security for they are temporary. They are something you may "hold" but can not identify with...... They are not who you are, they are not your identity. They die, they rise and they give forth light and they die. The security you seek will come through faith and in relationship to the God-Self. In this faith you will remember that you are more than a body, more than goals or achievements, more than your relationships, more than your history or your future. These are the things you hold or inhabit or create. They offer no security. Ah, but this you know, you need only to be reminded. For in the world in which you live you have been taught to form attachments. So you come to identify your worth, your value, your life with such attachments. And when they wither and die you are left devastated, believing that you have lost a part of your Self. Such "loss" brings you home to the truth of Self, of value and of God. All things pass- they remind you of the nature of life. Once reminded of that nature, you are freed to live, to be alive, to take those perceived risks, to go beyond security and truly know your place in the universe, to truly know of your relationship with God. Forms and beliefs can become your prison once you become them. Liberation is available in every moment and comes through the relinquishment of fear. Into such space faith enters and serves to water the HEART(y) seeds of love.
It takes courage to accept and love thyself unconditionally. Tremendous growth, knowledge, understanding-- these are the fruits of unconditional love. Such love cannot be qualified. It just exists.
