Indian Cusine is one of the finer cuisines in the world.
Rich in both variety and spice, this "many-centuries old" cusine, depicts the cultures and traditions of the various people in the "land of fast and feasting". Although vegetarianism is the essence of Indian cooking, the influence of other neighbouring cultures is seen in the use of poultry, meat and eggs. The use of an eclectic mixture of meats, vegetables, spices, and condiments and the use of esoteric cooking procedures lends a unique texture to every dish, hence making a bold statement about the fine art of culinary science. When doing my Masters at Clarkson, I had put up a site containing some favorite Indian recipes of mine. The incredible response that it got motivated me to dedicate this site to Indian recipes. These recipes have been tested time and again in my kitchen and I hope you derive as much pleasure as I have trying these out for your loved ones (or even yourself!).
