Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup besan(bengal gram flour)
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
A large portion of ghee(clarified butter)
1 tsp cardammon powder
1 tablespoon raisins

Method
Roast the flours with a generous portion of the ghee 
one by one on a low flame , stirring continously, 
till it turns aromatic and a little brown.
Take it off the heat and add sugar , raisins and cardamom.
Divide this into portions and add ghee to each portion
(if necessary) and roll into laddoos.
Store in an air tight container.

NOTE:
The wheat flour/besan ratio should always be 1:0.75.
