Macaroni in Salmon Sauce

(Italian cuisine)

100g of macaroni
60g of smoked salmon
35g of onions
25g of olive oil
25g of butter
50g of cognac
80g of cream
5g of herbs

Sauce: Chop onions, parsley and salmon. Fry them all in the mixture of olive oil and butter, add cream and cognac.

Boil the macaroni and pour the sauce over it.
