The criteria to become part of the Heart Wish Ring: The Heart Wish Web Ring is for Special People who have a Dream that they know will come true. Do you have a "Heart Wish"? Then you are invited to apply to the "Heart Wish Web Ring". Please don't just place the ring on a "Rings Only Page". It is so much better when there is something of value to the page for your visitors. This doesn't mean that you can't have other rings on the same page. Please display the ring fragment on the same page that you submitted and Please be careful when submitting your Home Page URL by making sure no part of the URL is missing or typed incorrectly. Absolutely NO pornographic sites, obscene language, pay sites or links to porn sites. NO ''adult'' or satanic material or insults of your visitors. If your site meets the above criteria, please proceed to the instructions below.

Once you have submitted this form you will recieve an e-mail confirming your page has been added to the Heart Wish Ring database along with the html code which you must place on your page. Once you submit the form and receive the fragment, Please place it on the page you submit! When I go to view your page, generally within 5 days of your signing up, I will at that point add you to the ring. If the fragment is not there, you will be deleted and must reapply to join. This is Extremely Important.....You must also copy the >>> ''heartwish.gif'' <<< (right click image and 'save' to disk or a folder) and upload it to your server in the same directory as your page. If you do not copy the graphic then your Heart Wish Web Ring will not work properly.

After checking out your page, and the ring code is up. You should then receive an e-mail telling you that you've been added. That's all there is to it! You should now be able to navigate the entire ring and make it back to your own page.
