Fantastic! What a great job you did!!! Long live to our heros. They are so spendids and straigts that I confess I believe this story was a true one from a long way. It absolutly gave me my passion for history and I think I never won't forget them. In fact, I had listen my video tape so much that the pictures begin to be abimed. I think this is a hard drug that it's impossible to eixt of. Anyway, I doesn't want to exit it and I truly know how lucky I am to have the chance to see the entire serie. I d dn't know mangas since my internet acces but I stubornly believe that the anime serie (the french one) is the best to become inversibly dependant of this unbelievable love story. In my way, the reason why it's so popular beside girls is that André is the man all of us intimitly search for. He's better than the charmant prince. Perfect and handsone. Ur page is great, the section that tells the story was beautifully done, giving the anime justice, except maybe for the few grammer mistakes and spelling mistakes which brought me back to the real world..sadly. I love lady oscar, i grew up loving it, and t also rooted a great passion and intrest in me for the french revolution, i also looked in the history books, no luck. I am so happy and amazing to find out that there are so many Lady Oscar fans around the World. I live in Taiwan, and the manga of Lady Oscar was first released in 1980 when I was about 12 years old. Since then, it became my favorite story and changed my ife forever. The anime came to Taiwan in 1995 and the manga republished at the same time. I collect them all. I also visited Paris and Versailes in 1995 to fullfill my childhood fantasy. It is funny that I don't know Oscar and Andre are fictional chara ters until recently. Even so, they will be always in my heart for the rest of my life. Now I do wish Lady Oscar could be made as a movie or TV series, and I believe that fans around the World would be extremely exciting about it. But among so many actres , who is suitable to play the role of our dear Oscar? I still have no idea. You have done a wonderful work... compliments! ^_^ Well I must say that I LOVE this splendid, incomparable masterpiece that is the BnB manga (I've been reading it since I was 6... I was lucky because I had an edition in my language: Italian), its plot an its style of drawing are simply charming and astonishing. I never read something other like that... Instead, I'm quite disappointed with the manga. The originals are always the best! According to me, the anime is too different, it misinterpreted the mang and lacks the psychological richness of Ikeda's characters and it's absurdly tragic and sad. So, pleeease, add a big section about the manga!! P.S. I think that André is more handsome in the manga (a part his shoulders: less large than in the anime).

WHat to say after reading the whole story all over again? My heart has gone to pieces for the 100d time! I can never ever accept their destiny! The tow perfect lovers, the symbol of strngth and sacrefice... They died together away from each other as vi tims of hatred and selfishness. How could that happen? I keep asking myself that question, but noone can give me the answer. For there is NONE! To die before you´ve even started living, to get what you´ve faught for and livedfor a whole lifetime just to s e it fade away.....


I just wanna bring up this remembrance... The story of Oscar ends. With a memory that she and André belonged together. Oscar wasn´t like usual roses, she was white not red. She was born with a destiny of roses, born to live in glory and passion. Their memory which´ll never die, but live for ever. As a single white rose in a blooming field. Oscar and André prospering white in eternity...
