With all the evidence being presented about the hand count fraud and the number of military votes not being counted, even though they were received before the November 7th deadline is a disgrace to what our country stand for. An assault on military absentee ballots is underway in Florida to disenfranchise American military personnel. The ballots are being thrown out because they are not postmarked. A lawsuit in Seminole County on November 18 seeks to throw out 15,000 Absentee Ballots. Orange County rejected 117 of its 147 overseas ballots. In Duval County 107 ballots were rejected. 110 of 113 write in ballots, mostly from military forces, were invalidated in Dade County. More than half were thrown out because they had no witness or witness address listed even though the form doesn't indicate that a witness is necessary. In Hillsborough County 74 of the 135 overseas ballots were rejected after concerns were raised about postmark or signature problems. Alachua County rejected half of the 56 overseas ballots received. 13 of 14 St. Lucie ballets were rejected and Lake County rejected all five.
Mark Herron, a Tallahassee lawyer helping to shepherd election lawsuits through the local courts, sent a five page letter to attorneys throughout Florida giving them tips on how to lodge protests against overseas ballots. The letter focused on protesting military ballots, and included a section on military postmarks. The protests must be lodged before the ballot is taken out of the envelope. Navy Capt. E.M DuCom, deputy director of the military postal service said military mail is required to be postmarked, but there are instances when time constraints do not allow for proper postmarking or cancellation of the mail. The last flight may be departing the ship and the mail has to get on it.

We as concerned AMERICAN citizens and VETERANS should show our disapproval in the rejection of the military absentee ballots. I do not believe that this issue should be supported by one party or the other, but should be supported by ALL parties.
Here is a great way to show support for this issue. All Veterans and Americans should begin to fly the American Flag upside down, in front of our homes, at rallies, on cars and even on your web sites. This is a traditional symbol that ALL IS NOT RIGHT. It is NOT disrespectful to Old Glory, but a time honored symbol in times when a position is under assault.
Please continue to fly the flag in that position until this matter is resolved even if it takes four years. If ever there was a time for this signal, it is now.
