....Although the struggle to save the rainforest has had more and more
concern as time passes, very seldom has the fight ever been in todays headlines. The media in general seem to be more interested
in serving the interests of their sponsers and/or subscribers that bring in the "big bucks" to their companies than to do what is right.
It is our obligation, as a resident of this planet, to see to it's care and it's needs. Even as you read this, there are forces out there
that are taking from the rainforest it's vital animals and plants, in an effort to make their lives easier. The rainforest has a
wealth of resources that enhance our lives, without ever having to destroy it's very exsistance.
It is up to us, as the community of "Man", to do everything within our power to save the rainforest and its millions of animal
species and plant life. The thought of having the many generations yet to inhabit this planet, a world without the beauty and many
aspects of the rainforest, should have an effect within all of mankind.
Please, do everything within your power and your right, to preserve this wonderous gift of nature that was handed down to us by past
