Welcome to the Original Mac Icon Webring. If you make Icons for Macs and have them available on your page for download, please join the ring! Other types of Mac multimedia will be accepted, of course, (cursors, backgrounds, etc.); but icons pages are the main focus of the ring.

1.) Your page must have some Mac Multimedia related content.
This means at least one downloadable *Macintosh* icon set (consisting of at least five icons); or at least one cursor extension, background collection, program, etc. for the Mac.

2.) Absolutely no hateful, pornographic, leeched, or destructive content.
Pages with any of this objectionable content, whether on the page when submitted to the ring or after will be denied additon to the ring or removed immediatly. Violators may be also reported to their server; along with being placed under an evil voodoo hex.

3.) You need to attach the proper fragment of code and logos to the bottom of your page.
Modify the HTML fragment, add it to the bottom of your page, and save the ring images onto your desktop and transfer them to your directory. YOU *MUST* DO THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAGE TO THE QUEUE. Please! Often time people submit their site to rings and leave out this step. Believe me, that's not going to work. -_-;;

There you go!

The first thing you must do is copy the following code and put it on the bottom of the page you're submitting to the ring. (I recommend that you copy and paste this into your scrapbook or a plain text file for later reference). Once you've done that, please save the ring images and transfer them to your directory. If you've made a logo you'd prefer to use, that's great! Please send it to me so I can put it up here for others to use. A text fragment in place of the fragment w/images is also fine (go Lynx!), but please include the images if possible.

One you have placed the logos and modified ring fragment on your page, it's time to join the ring queue. The queue is sort of the ring's waiting list. DO NOT submit any redirection URLs such as come.to/yoursite, fly.to/yoursite, etc! They often do not work properly! Also, please only submit the page that the ring fragment is on, or else I won't know where to look for it.
To join the queue, fill this out. Be sure that you don't leave anything blank, it's all important. Also, don't hit return anywhere except the description box as that can cause the form to mess up.

If you are already a member of the ring or queue and would like to edit your site info, fill out this:

You will then be taken to a screen where you can edit your personal info, keywords, etc.
