The idea of creating a newspaper for russian emigrants in France occurred after the departure of two russian citizens (Anna et Maxime) for that mysterious country. An editorial staff has been quickly formed by three young journalists (an editor in chief, a managing secretary and a journalist). So, a hard but creative work has begun...

Nevertheless, two emigrants for whom the newspaper has been founded stay in La Rochelle and are not going to come back as their life there, thanks to the paper, became more or less acceptable. They write long letters in Russian asking to send newspaper more often...
