ok, here comes the foot massage, the most effective way of chinese massage. foot has been regarded as the second heart of a person, therefore it pays an important part in healing effectively. when doing foot massage, u just need to use ur thumbs/fingers to press and massage the areas u wanna heal, it is as simply as the hand massage.
