History
1977 – Vancouver Canada… Born to a Samual De Beer’s and one Mary De Beers. Sibling of none. Heiress of the De Beer’s Diamond Mining Firm. Angelique was raised in a rather modest home. She was sheltered by her family from the scrutiny of the public eye.
Angelique's parents were consumed with overseeing the production and management of their rising Empire. Angelique was tossed into a boarding school as a young child. Boarding school proved it’s purpose Glaze was schooled in etiquette, the humanities and kept abreast with the newest advancements of technology. School was always so drab and bland to Angelique. She had an inner fire that burned much to hot for the close confines of the school and the Mothers (nuns). Angelique found an outlet through gym class where the girls practiced fencing with one another. Angelique became the province champion, her dexterity was notable. Unfortunatly she dropped this hobby once out of school. Angelique has always had a fascination for horses, she even became a member of the Fox Hunting club just so she could spend time in the barn with the animals. The class offered weekend get aways, and Angelique became quite adept at riding horses, as well as proficient with firearms.
Angelique was to inherit the family buisness. Her education was centered in business, economics, and finances. On breaks and vacations Angelique spent a majority of her time at the mines and office learning about quality, clearity and color of gems. Angelique has aquired a great eye for detail and design. She can spot a flaw with just her nakid eye. She's considered an expert in diagnosing jewl forgeries. With but an eyeglass she can spout off seemingly useless information about the quality of a gem.. from it’s clarity, size, color, and cut.. you name it… she knows it… don’t underestimate her knowledge here…
Upon graduating from high school, Angelique wished to pursue her academic endeavor and applied to Georgetown College in the states.. Education in the states is known to be far more superior then which Canada can offer. Currently she attends university as a political science major, minoring in buisness and accounting.
Few know of Angelique's family background as she wants to be noted in her own right, not as the child of a multimillion dollar family. She works in the Smithsonian Institute giving tours 5 days a week, the pay isn’t the best, but then again, she’s not doing it for the money anyways!
About a year ago, Angelique met and gave her heart to a gentleman known as Rafe Giovanni, he treated Angelique like a princess, and reminded her of some of the finner things in life. Unfortunatly, her father grew ill and she was forced to leave DC, and return to Canada to care for her father and the buisness. After a month of rehabilitation her father was strong enough to return to work and Angelique came back to the states to finish her education. Unfortunatly during this time her love had desceased. She had often clinged to a family membor of his, Angelique had begun to show an interest in a professor from college named Garath, unfortunatly he was whisked away by her friend Olivia.
Recently Angelique has found comfort in the company of a gentleman named
Perrin. He's a relative of Garath's. Apparently he was sent
to her by Garath, to watch and protect her. At first Angelique was
interested in him only as a messenger between Garath and herself, but has
since realized she has far more in common with Perrin then she ever could
have had with Garath. They've become buisness partners and are
joining resources to create a Jewlery Store.
