I have loved weather since I was 5 years old. It all began when a severe thunderstorm hit our area. Power went out and everything! I was scared yet excited at the time. The next day, we had learned that a tornado had hit a neighboring town! We went and saw the damage, I couldn't believe it. Trees were bent over like... something and you could see the path it took. Of course it hit a trailor park, what else is there to hit?!
I love the winter. The more snow, the better. The best storm had to be the Blizzard of '93 and the whole WINTER of '94. The Blizzard dumped 17" in 12 or so hours. The winter of '94, dumped about 6', yes in 3 months! At the end of this page I have each season since I moved to Loyalsock in 2002.
