RTFM - Computer slang: Acronym for "Read the F_______ Manual". The F has many incarnations, such as "flipping", "friendly", "far-flung" among others. Used mainly by technical support reps in the help desk industry while not on the phone (hopefully).
Ever have one of those days where everyone calls but no one has an idea what they're doing? If so, you may be a support tech. We have our own subculture, filled with TLA's (Three Letter Acronyms) and stories of people using their CD tray as a cup holder among other things. Well, here's your chance to become part of an extended family of people who have been tempted to ask end-users to use the "Friendly Disk Interface Service Kit (FDISK)" (...um, don't do this!) or to tell them that they have an Internal Device Ten-T error (ID10T). Join the ring that everyone else comes to sooner or later...

How do I join?

Well, all you have to do is fill out the form on the right and add the HTML code on the bottom of this page to your site. We will take care of the rest. Besides, after a day taking calls, who needs it to be any harder to join?
