Sphynx cats require more maintainance than most cats.  This is because they don't have fur to absorb the oil they produce..  Once a week or every other week they should be bathed.  It doesn't take long to bath one of them.  And most of them don't mind after a few bathes.
Ear wax (also known as cerumen).   It is just a known fact that this breed of cat produces more ear wax than most.  They don't have hair in their ears and this wax is more readily noticable, also.

Clipping their nails can be a little tricky.  Just clip at the start of the bend of the nail  if one can't see the quick of the nail.  These can be dark sometimes and the color can make it hard to know where the quick is.
Sphynx cats are rambunctious, energetic, and more than active.  Feed them well.  They require more food than a normal cat does due to this fact about them.

Buy a cat owner's manual for help also.  Your vet is a valuable source of information.  We can be too.
