*May-6-98*Just to confuse the situation a bit more about the Spices splitting, Geri said in an interview that "there will always be music coming out of the Spice Girls - we're like the Rolling Stones and Genesis" and she also said the Spices will be together forever, phew! But MelB added "we just might split for a while to do other things." Maybe they might get into acting cos they are planning the sequel to SpiceWorld The Movie, but there is no word yet on when they will start shooting...Emma was offered a role in a film which be the first film 911 has ever been in, since she is going out with Lee Brennan, a member of 911, she might say "yes" to the offer...Polaroid will now give America a chance to get their hands on the SpiceCam which will be available in a month or so, the cost is $39.99, but if you enter a contest at the Spices' Official Website, you might win it for free, like I did! Sorry, had to get that out...Anyways, speaking about money, Geri bought a £150,000 cottage in Hertfordshire right next to a cattle farm that has cow poo and crap. The main reason why she likes it is cos its only 15minutes away from her mom...Vicky is being hassled again by those PETA dorks. Incase you forgot, PETA stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and one of them threw a pie at Victoria when she came out of the TFI Friday studio, the pie didn't hit her though, but if it did, I know she would of kicked some ass. Apparently those PETA people have nothing else better to do than throw pies at someone who's done nothing wrong. It was Tatler that made Vicky wear the fur! So if you PETA people are reading this..don't you DARE f*ck with a Spice Girl! They are the last people you'd want to mess with...Emma has spilled the beans and said that it was Victoria's idea of sacking Simon Fuller, not Geri's. Cheers to Victoria cos the Girls seem like they are doing better than ever without Simon, with the World Tour and all, so that proves that its not MelB and Geri making the decisions all the time, so incase some people forgot, its a 5-member-band, not 2.
*May-1-98*The Girls will be a work of art at Madame Tussaud, a wax museum in London. The Girls are still discussing whether they want to be wax models or not, but most likely they'll say Yes. Since the Spices have been crowned the Queens of Press recently (which means they are the most gossiped-about people in England), the wax museum people considered them as their next subjects. And out of the 5 Girls, Victoria is the most gossiped-about, probably cos she's going out with David...Speaking about Vic & Dave, Victoria said that she wants her wedding to be huge and fancy, like the ones you see in the movies, but to add a little spice to the occasion, she ordered several geese to flop around in the garden, when she was asked about this she said "I don't know - they just look good, don't they?"...Ok, MelanieC is gonna get 3 points, do you know why? Because on Thursday she went to a spiritualist, and you know how I'm into those spiritual things, plus she has that cross tattoo which is lovely. But anyways, the spiritualist told Melanie that the future looks bright for the Spice Girls, loovely! While we're talking about Melanie, she got new tattoo on her stomach! It says "LOGIC" and its pretty big and its right below her bellybutton, I haven't seen a picture of it yet, but when I do, I'll put a link to it so you guys can see. I swear, those 2 Mels are in compitition to see who can torture their bodies the most! Lets see, right now MelanieC has a piercing on her upper ear and her nose, and the Girl Power, celtic braid, celtic cross and LOGIC tattoos, not including some secret ones she MIGHT have in secret places. MelB has an eyebrow and tongue pierced, the Spirit Heart & Mind and the dragon tattoos, not including the secret ones she MIGHT have also. So thats 6-4, but MelB said that she might get a piercing on that piece of skin in the middle of your thumb andindex finger,hmm..
*April-29-98*The Spice Girls are in the New York Top Ten Best Sellers List, they're at #5 with those little individual books called Unofficial (Spice Name Here) In My Pocket. They are UNOFFICIAL books so its not like a big deal, cos all of those unofficial books are drowned with old pics and boring info and are too over priced. So instead buy the OFFICIAL Girl Power Book, the OFFICIAL SpiceWorld Book, or the OFFICIAL Real Life: Real Spice Book, they are all bursting with new pictures you've never seen before, and juicy info on the Girls I know you're craving for! So go on you lot, get you arses to the shops and spend your hard-worked dosh on the OFFICIALS, not the fakes! And this would make a perfect advertisement.
*April-27-98*Mel B seems to be notorious for hanging out in the bars in hotels. A magazine said that she got so drunk she started stripping! I don't really believe that though. And in the bar at the Four Season's Hotel in LA she was spotted flirting with a lot of guys and showing off her tattoo! But hey, isn't that what every 20-something year old girl does?...There's a RUMOR going around that Geri and Mel B took a pregnancy test and both came out negative (which means no baby), Geri was happy but Mel started crying cos she really wanted to have a baby. The only guy I can think of to be the father-to-be is Jimmy Gulzar, her Spice Boy Dancer who she's madly in love with. I'll be very happy for her if she becomes pregnant, cos whatever makes her happy, should make us happy, and I promise you she will NOT leave the band! And remember, it's only a RUMOR.
*April-26-98*You all probably know that the Spice Girls will contribute their singing voices to the song "On Top Of The World", the UK's theme song for that football tournament, but the football fans aren't liking the song too much, its been tagged as "The Spice Girls' Song" and the crowd would drown out the song by chanting "Three Lions", the theme song 2 years ago. I hope they're not hating the song just because the Spice Girls are in it! People, don't be a hater, be a congratulater!...My "sources" tell me that the Spices are in Vox Magazine and that there are some strange pictures printed in the mag. I haven't bought the magazine myself yet, but I am being told that there is a pic of MelC standing in her underwear with Emma, MelB and Victoria looking at her and laughing. MELC! She is either coming out of her shy shell, or that picture was taken without her knowing it...You know how Geri's father died about 5 years ago before she was in Spice Girls, right? Well, she believes that her father is watching over her now, "I take after him a lot, and I do feel his presence around me. I believe in spirituality and the after-life.I have to, otherwise there's too much hurt." Thats really cool because I strongly believe in spirits and angels and things, so I'm gonna have to give Geri 2 points for representing the spiritual community. But MelB gots 3 points cos she mentioned she's spiritual long before Geri;-) (just kidding)
*April-24-98*Geri will appear in Penthouse now, but they're probably gonna be the same old pics that everybody's seen, I'm not sure when the issue will come out though...The Spices are in this weeks issue of MAD Magazine, they are making fun of the Say You'll Be There video, its funny but its stupid...Geri is in the May 5 (my birthday!) Issue of the National Enquirer, they mention how she wears the same outfit, during the "Stop" performance in the SpiceWorld Tour, as Maddona in her Blonde Ambition Tour. I will soon make a page that lists ALL the similarities and coincidences and "stuff that makes you think" the Spices have with other people, so hold tight!
*April-22-98*The Spice Girls will release a live album from one of their concerts, just like I prayed for. I mean, since they can sign sooo damn good now, they should now show off their live singing abilities on an album. Geri said "We've shown everyone we can do the business on stage, so now we want to do a live album for all our fans." I hope this will now shut the mouths of all those useless critics out there, and tell me, what are critics for anyways? To tell us which albums to buy? Well I'll follow my OWN tastes and I'll decide what I like all by myself, cos I'm a big girl now;-) So to all you critics out there: You're fired! Get a REAL job...To those of you who missed the Brit Awards (where the Spices performed "Stop"), they will rerun it this Saturday, check your local listings for times.
*April-20-98*Remember the NBC thing where you had to vote for the video you want them to air? Well, "Stop" won with 53% of the votes! Yay! The video will be aired on Friday April 24th at around 12:30AM Midnight on NBC...People Magazine will have another 50 Most Beautiful People In The World, so please vote for SPICE GIRLS at People Online...Since the Madison Square Garden show sold out out all their 20,000 tickets in a record of 12 minutes, the New York State Attorney General's Office will do an investigation to catch the scalper rats who cheated the real fans in getting tickets.
*April-19-98*Chris Evans has given into the Spice Girls' infectious grooves and is now a fan. He will dedicate his entire show to the Spices on TFI Friday on Channel 4 (in England) on May 1...Parents of young Spice fans have calmed down since a doctor performed a scienific study on if sexual and adult messages about the Spice Girls affect the younger fans. Well he concluded that the sexual stuff just goes over the kids' heads, in other words, they pay no attention to it, which is exactly what I said in the February news...The Spice Girls are the top British band to earn the most money in one year! They earned a grand total of $90,138,000 which beat The Beatles ($43,160,000) and The Rolling Stones ($51,460,000). So that means the Girls are making $16.6M per week and $170.98 every minute! Their biggest money makers last year were SpiceWorld the Movie which got them $18,260,000 and that was BEFORE they released it in the US, and the Spice album. This is how it all added up last year: $41,832,00 of album royalties, $5,976,000 from singles, $17,762,000 from songwriting, $16.6M from product sponsorship and $8.3M from merchandising and appearances, after deducting 20% management commission, they are left with $71,340,000. But since they manage themselves now, they'll be able to keep more of the money. And they own their own companies: Spice Girls Touring, Spice Girls Productions, Spice Girls Merchandising and Spice Girls Perfumes. Plus each of them own their own firms: MelC's is called Red Girl cos thats Liverpool's color, Emma's is Fijou, Geri's is called Firecracker, Victoria firm is called Moody, and MelB's is Money Spider...Heres something you guys can do, you can sign a pitition that a Spicer has created. *April-18-98*Can you guys do a favor for the Spices please? NBC is having a voting thing, and whoever's video gets the most votes, they will air it on Friday April 24th at 12:30am midnight on NBC (after Conan O'Brian but check your local listings just incase) and its between Spice Girls' "Stop", Madonna's "Frozen", and some country singer I forgot her name. So vote at NBC or call 1-800-JUKEPIC as many times as you can cos its free and vote for "Stop" because most of us Amercians haven't seen the video yet...For those of you with MuchMusic, on April 21 they are going to air all of the Spice Girls' television appearences, and thats grrreat! cos I ordered Much a week ago but won't get it till May 13, but I heard its worth it...In the new issue of People Magazine, they asked 1,000 people if they can name all the Spices' names, and only 5 (FIVE) people can actually do it! Where the hell did they get those people?!! They probably asked the 60 year old's that were buried under a rock for 2 years.
*April-17-98*Today is Victoria's birthday! Happy 24th Birthday Victoria!! Her birthday IS on the 17th, she said it herself in an interview and it says it on all the official stuff they have. Now the bad news, Posh Spice was the next targeted victim on PETA's (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) list. Those animal rights activists are targeting Vic because she wore real fur in the Tatler magazine, but Tatler probably TOLD Victoria to wear the fur for the photo shoot, so those PETA people should be targeting Tatler instead! Leave the poor Spice Girl alone for once. And its not like she wears real fur ALL the time, a girl should be able to feel glamorous. Personally, I would buy fake fur, but if I had the money to buy real fur but I'd buy "used real fur" because it wouldn't make me feel as bad, for some reason.

Most of the tickets will go on sale this Saturday the 18th, but call your ticket provider to make sure. If you are a die-hard Spice fan then I recommend that you camp out for your tickets, and if you're not a die-hard Spice fan then step aside and let the REAL Spicers get the seats they deserve!
*April-13-98*FINALLY!!! The Spice Girls will officially announce the US Tour dates on April 15 during a press conference. The tour will be booked by William Morris, and the national promoter is SFX.
*April-10-98*Now there's rumors that the Girls might do San Francisco too! On August 14, but its just a rumor, hopefully its true. The ticket sales for Detroit have been postponed, and a radio station in the St. Louis area said that the Girls are definately going there, and now there are rumors that the Girls will be in PNC Bank Arts Center in New Jersey on June 25 and tickets will go on sale May 2 from Ticketmaster...It turns out that Mel B's new man is sorta famous, he is her Spice Boy dancer in their concert! A friend of theirs said "It started as a professional relationship but their dirty dancing routines went a bit further."...When the Spices go back to Britian when they finish with the American Tour, they will play some pretty huge shows, which will be called the "Back In Britain" shows. They will play Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium on September 12, followed by two nights at Wembley Stadium on September 19 and 20, which will been seen by about 200,000 fans! Then after all of the touring is over, they will take a very long, well deserved holiday, then probably around January they might release their 3rd album...There have been rumors that Emma might finally agree to release a solo single, after all, she does do a solo song in their concert, so why not do a solo single?
*April-8-98*I just heard that the Spice Girls are gonna come to San Jose California for their World Tour!!!! Oh my goodness! I live right next to San Jose, so I am freaking out right now!! Its gonna be on August 4, but there is no official confirmation, by the Spice Girls themselves, of these US dates so I shouldn't get too excitied.
*April-7-98*There has been a lot of news since I've been away. So some of the stuff you've probably already heard elsewhere but I'll add it anyway:
Mel B and Fjolnir broke up!:-( Apparently it was because of Mel's hectic schedule and they never got any time to see each other, so they broke up after 1 year! But they still remain friends though. And they seemed to get over it very quickly because in no-time they both found new loves, Fjolnir's now dating another pop singer named Marin Manda from Iceland, and Mel's going out with a non-famous guy, I haven't heard much detail about him, except that he's "well-built and smartly dressed". Speaking about Mel B, if you haven't noticed already, she got her eyebrow pierced! I think the 2 Mels are trying to out-do eachother when it comes to piercings and tattoos...Um, what else? Oh, Emma got a cute little love letter from Leo DiCarprio, it said "To Emma. Be my Juliet. Love Leo." Sorry Leo, Emma's taken! She got back with 911 member Lee Brennan, they were spotted in a nightclub in London kissing and hugging...In a few hours the Spices will hold an urgent press conference, we are all very scared because there have been bad vibes coming from the Spice camp, their arguments have been getting more serious especially when MelB, Emma and Vic were gabbing away about Geri in a public eaterie, Geri has been looking sad and quiet lately, she even started crying on stage in the middle of their concert with a puffy face and blood shot eyes. And during their concert they used the quote "The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long and you have burned so very, very bright" which may be foreshadowing my nightmare, the "death" of the Spice Girls, but I gotta think positive, I'm praying there's nothing to worry about...Ok, in good news, more info has been released for the US tour! - June 10 in Miami, July 26 8pm at The Palace Of Auburn Hills in Detroit (tickets go on sale this Saturday, noon, at Palace boxoffices and Ticketmaster centers for the Dertroit date only), August 31 in New Jersey (which is their last show in the US), Great Woods in Mass. for 3 dates. And thats all the info I got, hopefully they'll get more specific as the days go on...The Spice Girls signed a new member on board! Sort of. They hired 23 year old, Gordon Wylie-Black (who is a big fan), to become "Signing Spice". He his going to interpret the lyrics in sign language for the deaf fans at the UK and Europeconcerts.

They took a break from their world tour to check out the new collection at Versace's flagship store in Milan. Nothing seemed Too Much for the fab five who totted up a mega £20,000 (about $40,000) bill in just ONE HOUR. Mel B - who has the most outrageous taste in clothes - treated other shoppers to a fashion show that would have given supermodel Naomi Campbell a run for her money. She strutted, posed and danced in front of the mirror in a jazzy trouser suit. But it wasn't a Versace number, it was Mel's own. Posh Spice Victoria looked most at home at the plush store. The designer-clad star was a VIP guest at Versace's shows in Paris last month and is close friends with Gianni's sister Donatella, who is running the business following her brother's murder. *March-19-98*Entertainment Weekly magazine is going to have a Girl Power issue which will hit newsstands March 27th, and guess who suggested that to them about a month ago? The WWSD! Yup! Thats ANOTHER mission that we have successfully completed. I'm telling you, companies are starting to recognize the WWSD, and are respecting us and actually listening to us. If you wannabe apart of this phenomenon, then email me, and put "Count Me In" in the subject line.
*March-18-98*Stop went to #2 in the UK charts, they did not go to #1 like they were suppose to. But there's nothing wrong with being #2, thats damn good, but if they would get to #1 they would have a world's record set for having 7 consecutive #1 hits. So for those of you who haven't bought Stop yet, GO OUT AND GET! Do it for the Spice Girls! It's time that you do something for them for a change. Remember, there are 2 cds to Stop so make sure you get both of them. But Americans and Canadians will have to wait until April 2 to get their hands on the Stop single...BTW, Spice World the movie will be out on home video around early June, just in time for the US Tour. For Europeans the movie will be released a month earlier, AND the Viva Forever/Never Give Up single will be released around early June.
*March-17-98*IMPORTANT: Go and vote for the Spice Girls for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. You can vote as many times as you like, the last day to vote is April 4, which is the same day the awards will be on. The Girls are nominated in the Best Group category (along with Backstreet Boys, No Doubt, and Hanson), but will not be performing...The Girls have giving out some info on the US tour, they said the first place will be Miami, Florida on June 10th, and the last date will be August 31st.
*March-16-98*Goody, some news finally: ) But unfortunately its not good news: "An organization of Spanish journalists launched a protest against the Spice Girls Friday, one day before the Fab Five play their first of two scheduled gigs in Spain. The Girls have become notorious recently for insisting that all photographers sign waivers agreeing to turn over negatives and rights to all photos taken of them, a demand the Association of Photojournalists and Reporters calls 'stealing, plain and simple.' Association president Juan Jose Fernandez says the group will consider filing a lawsuit claiming 'infringement of intellectual property rights' in response. A letter sent out to Spanish news organizations read: 'If we accept this, it wouldn't surprise us if tomorrow they start charging reporters outrageous sums to be able to cover their public appearances.' The world has not been kind to the Spice Girls lately: Last November, they were booed off the stage following a performance in Barcelona, and a month later crowds of journalists mocked them at the debut of their film Spice World. Last October, Swedish journalists threatened to boycott a Spice news conference over the waivers, sparking an outcry among the Spanish press. The Spice Girls will play in Barcelona on Saturday and in Madrid on Monday."
*March-12-98*These past few days have been pretty slow, news-wise, and I have a feeling its going to stay that way for quite a while. Since the Girls are off on their tour, and thats all they seem to be doing now, there is not going to be a whole lot to talk about. Maybe something exciting will happen during the tour, like the Girls go streaking in a hotel, but they get caught by the cops! OH NO! But the cops let them go on the account of Emma's smile. Phew! Or maybe the Girls will go bungee jumping off the London bridge, but OH NO..MelC faints! They pull her up and everybody starts panicing, what should they do?!? Emma calls 911, the ambulance comes, and the parametics revive MelC just in time for their next gig. Phew! See how many exciting things can happen within a Spice Girls World Tour?! Oh god, you can see how bored I am, huh? Well, once I hear something spicy going on with the Girls, I'll post it up as soon as I hear it, making sure you guys are fully informed: )
