Plan XVII releases its latest song, "One Degree From Actuality," for download on mp3.com. [You may remember the line "one degree from actuality" out of Conrad Aiken's short story Silent Snow, Secret Snow]

After reemerging from their underground y2k stronghold, Plan XVII returns to the studio for work on their third album.
September 22, 1999:
Enigma Machine is retired today. In its year of online availability the debut album sold copies in nine of the United States and Canada.
September 11, 1999:
The sophomore album, Ultra, becomes the second Plan XVII CD to sell internationally.
June 28, 1999:
"Echoes of the Future" breaks the top ten on the progessive electronica charts of mp3.com today.
June 1, 1999:
Plan XVII's second album, Ultra, is released today.
May 31, 1999:
Enigma Machine is listed at number 3 on the list of top 10 CDs in Chicago on mp3.com. It is number 5 for all of Illinois.
March 13, 1999:

Plan XVII names its official fansite, maintained by Telemakhos from Florida. [You may remember the name Telemakhos as being the son of the celebrated hero Odysseus from Homer's classic epic, the Odyssey... cool name]

Plan XVII makes full songs available for download utilizing the revolutionary mp3 format.
