After graduating from New Milford High School in 1989, Chris began to attend Bergen Community College in Paramus, N.J. Two years later he transferred to William Paterson University in order to complete the requirements for a bachelor's degree in Music. During this time he was building a reputation as a multi-instrumentalist in NY/NJ live circuit. He began playing clubs in 1991 and eventually was working up to five nights a week. While attending William Paterson he was employed by the music department as a student aide and assistant at the Center for Electroacoustic Music. He also began giving private lessons for students interested in learning to play piano and guitar. After obtaining his bachelor's degree he decided to continue schooling at New York University. While attending NYU, he worked as an assistant for Alan Zahn and Lloyd Landesman at Red House Music in the West Village. Chris completed his studies in late 1999 and received a Masters in Music Technology from the NYU Music Technology department. He is currently working as an audio engineer/technician at Signature Sound. In 2004, he opened his own recording studio in Midtown Manhattan, Skyview Sound.
