UPCOMING RELEASES
Merge Records is finally going to release some Spinanes singles.
Here's the press release:
THE SPINANES are one of our favorite bands, and after years of
merely admiring Gates and Plouf from afar, we finally get to put
out a record by them — a couple actually — in April, Merge will be
reissuing the first two Spinanes 7" singles on a CDEP called "IMP
YEARS," Imp of course being the label that originally released
these classic indie singles, including one of the best songs ever,
"Hawaiian Baby." There will be a couple bonus songs as well to
round out the disc: "Messy Shitty" and "Handful of Hearts"
("Handful..." never having been released anywhere before!).
Since you've worn out your vinyl of these records, you're going to
need this reissue.
