Continental PLUS
Miss Windy City PLUS was held on March 29 at the Baton Show Lounge in Chicago. Next years pageant will be held in March.
The newly crowned Miss Windy City PLUS is Pookie DuPree from Grand Rapids, Michigan. The first runner up was Eraineya Stone and the second runner up was Yazmina Coutoure`.
The pageant will be held again in March of 2000.
Entry fee for contestants is $75. Prizes are $300 for the winner plus hotel accomodations, air fare (if needed) and entry fee to the Miss Continental PLUS Pageant. $200 for the first runner up and $100 for the second runner up.
There will be red or white presentation (not judged), swim wear, talent, evening gown and a final question.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. For info and reservations e mail me at the address below.
Former winners of Miss Windy City PLUS are: Clarrisa Cavalier '96, Opal Vanderhurst '97 and Robin Dupree '98.
The reinging Miss Continental PLUS is Terry Williams
Miss Continental PLUS will be held April 18 & 19 at the Park West in Chicago.
