To all my visitors: As you probably know, Dave's long awaited solo album, entitled, Trust No One is finally out in stores. There will also be a book that accompanies the release which should be due out shortly. Check Amazon.com for the exact date. As for this website, as much as I love Dave and his music, I can not find time to continue to update this website as I once did, so please do not expect any updates. However, feel free to browse the site, its full of info, but just keep in mind that it is about two years old. Thanx so much for all your support. And enjoy Dave's album...it truly is something special, Mercedes.
Okay, folks! The current issue of Rolling Stone features a tidbit on Dave's photobooth book which will be entitled, Trust No One. Also, for those of you who haven't been to the Spread site in a while, you will notice that Dave has created a more professional look for the page...hopefully featuring merchandise which will be available soon. Still awaiting the release of the album!!!! I hope you all caught Dave on Fashionably Loud not too long ago too. Good news everybody!! It looks as though Dave has found members to complete a band so that he can take Spread on the road. (Let's hope he comes to a town near you!!) and he is also trying to get a web cam installed in his house for a few weeks so that we can all take a look at what a day in the life of Dave is like. Not only that, but it seems as though Dave is aiming for a January release of the Spread album, so there is lots to look foward to. Also clips of the upcoming documentary entitled "Three Days" can be viewed on Dave's site. It documents the most recent Jane's Addiction relapse tour. Lastly, I just want to ask people for feedback on how my site is, I really really really really want to know what you think, it would be greatly appreciated!!
Phil Hayes, the creator of Jane Xine, the breakthrough Jane's Addiction based web site, is working on a book entitled "Jane Said" which would be based about the history of the band. To show your support of the book and for more information visit The Jane Said web site
Dave and Marilyn Manson's Twiggy Ramirez threw a joint birthday bash a few weeks ago, Dave also has laid down some tracks for the new Marilyn Manson CD....Hmmm?? Is Dave becoming an Anti-Christ Superstar himself??

Dave's new Spread site is up and running, please visit, its full of REALLY interesting information. Bad news for all of us who are dying to get our hands on the album...release date is now uncertain due to a change in record labels. :-(

Spread currently consists of only Dave, but he is currently lookinng for muscians to complete the band, and therefore enable him to tour. The album is set to be released the 25th of August. It includes a cover of the Velvet Underground's Venus in Furs as well as a song entitled Mourning Son. Advanced sound bits can be heard at the official Spread website.

Just to recap the events of this previous year, Dave and the members former members of Jane's Addiction (excluding Eric Avery) announced that they would form a Relapse. They launched a 17 date tour and released a Jane's Addiction live and rare album entitled Kettle Whistle. If you didn't catch the Relapse or wish to relive the experiance, check out Some Diver's Whistle for a recap!
