KURT COBAIN'S DEATH CERTIFICATE
This is the certificate that proves that Kurt Donald Cobain was found dead on April 8, 1994 because of "self inflicted shotgun wound". With this words, " I don't have the passion anymore, and so remember, it's better to burn out than to fade away." Kurt tells us that he wanted to be remembered not as a "miserable, self-destructive, death rocker that I've become" but as the best singer of all times.
