Sebastian Goldspink

Sebastian was born in 1973 in Paddington, Sydney. He's a Gemini, and he's got a younger brother. His taste in music is varied, as he loves all sorts of music but particularly Punk and Jazz. His favourite bands are The Rollins Band, Husker Du, The Misfits and You Am I.

Sebastian's pretty creative: when he was younger he wanted to grow up to be a poet. But he would also have been satisfied with becoming a private eye or an actor. And that last profession worked out well! He got into acting as a career after graduating from The Ensemble Acting Studio in 1995. He loves acting - there's no doubt about it. But it's also a job and with any job you have rights and responsibilities. Nowadays he likes to paint when he gets the chance; he mostly paints people.

He also likes to spend his spare time body boarding, playing monopoly with friends, fishing, going to the movies, surfing the web, talking on the I.R.C., Internet Relay Chat line, hanging with his girlfriend and going for long drives. Or practising his favourite sport: skateboarding. He actually did his first paying job, paper run, on a skateboard.

Sebastian's favourite actors are Robert De Niro, Leonardo Di Caprio, Natalie Portman, Al Pacino and Winona Ryder. And his favourite movies are The Professional, Heathers, Withnail And I and Good Fellas. His all time idols are Robert De Niro, Marlon Brando and John Keats, a poet. His favourite books to read are The Catcher In The Rye and On The Road.

Sebastian preferably eats chicken sandwiches, strawberry milk, and Macedonian food. Furthermore his pet likes are friendly people and interesting conversation. He dislikes arrogance, snobbery and prejudice. He would like to be remembered as someone who told good stories and was a good person.

Besides Heartbreak High, Sebastian also appeared in GP in 1995, and later on in Kick as Gazza, and in television series Dog's Head Bay, both in 1999. He's also done a lot of live theatre, most recently The Tempest.

Sebastian's supposed to be one of the nicest people away from the Heartbreak High set!
