Angel, Angel and more Angel

This Page is some what of a sum of my obsession with Angel. I will try to get everything possible on the amazing character and his actor David Boreanaz. Twenty-seven year old, David is one (what am I saying? one?) of the hottest actors around. He portrays the now souless vampire (previously souled) like no other could. ( PS.If you are visiting this page, you should be in complete agreement.) David is fairly new to showbiz but has had rocketed sucess starting mostly this season with BTVS. Now if you haven't seen all the episode (Surprise and Innocence mainly) the following may contain spoilers (sorry!!).

Fun Facts
This is a picture of the Claddagh ring that Angel gave Buffy while he was still souled. "The Crown represents loyaltly the hands represents friendship and the heart well...you know." Here are some realy facts about the Claddagh ring: The Claddagh (pronounced CLAW - DA) is a Gaelic symbol which represents "Love and Friendship". The origin of the Claddagh goes back four centuries to the Galway Bay Region in Ireland, where it was first exchanged as a betrothal ring.

In the beginning of the show, Angel was a souled vampire with a somewhat cryptic attitude who stole the slayer's heart. In the second season, he and Buffy fell in love and our once reserved vamp friend became quite sappy (all we saw of him were kissing scenes). Then things took an interesting turn, after he and Buffy (sorry, for any possible *SPOILERS*) slept together, he lost his soul (the one true moment of happiness strikes again). Now, Buffy and Angel fight against each other rather than together. Angel moved in with Spike and Drucilla, and has been making life hell for everyone, for Buffy by constently tormenting her, for the slayerettes, for Giles (Angel killed his girl) and even for Spike by sweeping Dru off her feet. Buffy knows she has to kill him and is getting prepared to do it. But as I know (or hope!) Angel will eventually get his soul returned to him and everyone will live happily ever after (.. and if you can believe that...).

I know some people are ready to kill because of Angel losing his soul, but I (could flame mail be kept at a minimum please?) for one am all for it. Angel, with the soul, was getting kind of bored, all he did was make out with Buffy; he had no impact on the plot at all. Now, he's getting some depth, he's suddenly very interesting. I have faith that he will get his soul back (before too many main characters are killed anyway) and eventually he and Buff will get back together.
