Ned is taking a walk in the park when he walks into Alexis (literally)

N- Well, I haven't seen you in a long time.

A- I haven't seen you either. How are you?

N- Okay, considering. I have something to tell you.

A- Go ahead.

N- I was wrong about you. I should have believed when you tried telling me you weren't involved with the Jakarta takeover. But I believe you now. Will you give me another chance?

A- Ned, I...

Ned interrupts her.

N- You don't have to decide now. Meet me at the PC Grille at 6:30 tonight, okay?

Ned reaches over and kisses Alexis, and then walks away, his kiss leaving her breathless.

It's 6:30. Ned sits in a corner table at the PC Grille, waiting for Alexis. He looks up as she walks towards him. Alexis is wearing a red satin dress. Ned is speechless.

N- Good evening.

A- Hello yourself.

N- You look good.

A- Thanks, so do you.

A waiter comes up to take their order. Alexis's hand is on the table and Ned reaches across to hold it.

A- Ned, there is something I have to tell you.

N- I'm listening.

A- It's about Stefan and I.

So throughout dinner, Alexis proceeds to tell him about ger fallout with Stefan and how she was banished from the Cassadines.

N- Well, I must say that I had no idea how devious you are.

A- I'll take that as a compliment.

N- Since we are finished, allow me to walk you to your room.

A- Only if you promise to be a gentleman.

N- I'll try

So they walk across the lobby and up to Alexis's room.

N- Goodnight.

A- Goodnight.

But before Alexis can get her key out of her purse, Ned pulls her into his arms and kisses her.

N- I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that.

A- It's okay.

She doesn't know why, but she looks up into Ned's eyes and loses herself in them. She starts to kiss him again, and, before they know it, they are on Alexis's bed, in her suite. What follows is a most magical evening.
