All About Dipsy: Dipsy is the second tallest Teletubby.  He can be seen dancing around Teletubbyland wearing his black and white hat. Dipsy can be clumsy at times, like when he accidentally spilled his Tubby Custard on his seat at the table. Dipsy has somewhat of an ego and sometimes it will get the better of him. For instance, one day he woke up before all the other Teletubbies and took it upon himself to make some "adjustments".  So there he was pushing and pulling levers, and these make funny honking noises which eventually made the rest of the Teletubbies wake up. They weren't too happy with what Dipsy was doing, but Dipsy managed to get himself out of it by playing a little song with the buttons and levers. We all know how the Tubbies love songs, so everyone ended up happy.
