Sorry! My new layout didn't work correctly, now, that my website is a little messy and, still the same, as of now, so I am trying to put in HTML Code of new layout on correctly of using "Advanced Page Properties" which it's making my brain wracky (means I'm going crazy of not getting it correctly_ which I have to do it manual way (long HTML) instead of doing easy way and it won't let me POST it. So, give me sometime to fixs it correctly.
Right now...I am going provide you news direct from Aaron Conner as he replies to my email. So, here what he's said:

I'm sorry that you feel left out of the loop with regard to Tex Murphy. I guarantee that you're not -- I have a short list of 8 people I've been waiting to contact once we knew for certain when the Radio Theater episodes would be ready, and your name is on that list. The only reason I haven't been in contact with you is because there hasn't been anything "concrete" to tell you about.
I decided to work with James LeMosy to set up the website for the Radio Theater episodes because of all the Tex fan site hosts, I've known James the longest. I've also been very impressed with the continued quality of his website. But I don't want you to think we don't appreciate you, Chris, and other loyal fans -- the main reason we're doing this is so Microsoft will listen and allow us to give us all what we want: A NEW TEX MURHY GAME!
I still don't know for certain when the episodes will be posted. The reason for the delay is because we want to wait until we have the first THREE completely finished before we start. That way, if we run into any problems (after all, we're doing this in our spare time and we all have jobs!), we'll have extra time to complete Episodes 4-6. As of today, we're planning on releasing Episode 1 on Friday, Nov.16. We then intend to release another episode every week until Dec.21. We currently have no plans to produce more episodes...
HOWEVER, if you can let everyone know about what we're doing, and get them to visit James' "Radio Theater" page and sign the guest book, we're hopeful that the response will be big enough to convince MS to give us a shot. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
I will send you another update prior to posting Episode 1, just to let you know the exact day and time, OK? But you can start telling everyone that it will happen around Friday, Nov.16.
