We had great days on the beaches! Don't ever rent boogie boards and snorkle equipment from the vendors on the beach though because they charge a whole bunch more that people like the Big Kahuna and other locals not on the beach. |

Waikiki beach finally got a good swell the last full day we were there as you will see in the first photo on the left directly below. The boys had a great time boogie boarding. Jeff figured out that catching the waves breaking off the concrete pier was real fast. |

"The Pier" at Waikiki Beach. All the locals would jump off the end of the pier to catch waves breaking against the concrete pier structure. The surf there had the most power. |
