Preamble
This manual has been prepared in an html format so as
to be available to as wide as audience as possible. It can be downloaded
in 6 parts (including this jacket) by going to any link in each of the
6 parts and saving that accessed file on your hard drive. It is set
up so that once all 6 files are STORED TOGETHER IN THE SAME FOLDER on your
hard drive or on your own site you can open any of the files using your
web browser and link to the other files just as though you were browsing
this site (i.e. I have used relative links throughout). We are hoping
this manual will get as wide a distribution as possible so please feel
free to duplicate the document on your sites or print it out for distribution
in your work. *DON'T forget to save the figures in your local
file as well * Here's to getting the word out!
NOTE: This document has been converted to html format by myself with full permission from the authors. I have made a few small changes to the layout from the actual printed version so as to make the document more reader-friendly on a website. Any errors or omissions are solely my fault. The opportunity to produce this version came through a twisty path that warrants recognition - as a CUSO volunteer I am working with RRAFA (a Thai sustainable agriculture NGO) which, ultimately, led to the opportunity to sit on the Southeast Asian Food Security and Fair Trade Council. It was through this Council that I had the opportunity to get to know the authors, whose dedicated work produced the original version of this document. If any individual or organization wants the original html files feel free to contact me.
