PWA Rules
and Regulations
1. Excessive vulgarity, racism and comments about
the players themselves will not be tolerated. You will receive one warning, and then you
will be banned for two weeks.
2. Roleplays for matches are limited to 3 per
event. There is a difference between roleplays written to win a match and roleplays to
build character. There is no limit on the number of character building roleplays that can
be written. We suggest that you take it all in and write out one big, very good,
descriptive, QUALITY Roleplay. Something that everyone will enjoy reading!
3. Please do not post "NO TEXT" messages
on the Roleplay board, make all Out of Character comments on the OOC Board.
4. Your wins will be based on more then one
factor. One: Quality of roleplays and 2: Angle development. Make me SEE your Character,
Make me BELIEVE your character is real. And at times, if an angle seems to need a certain
win to advance it.. that will happen too.
5. ORIGINAL Characters only, I KNOW MANY will
create characters that are "identical" to the real superstars of the WWF and WCW
and more. That is OK. But TRY to have your own "ideas" as well.
6. Do NOT use other characters as a punching bag
for your Roleplays without the consent of the handler!
7. This Federation is for all our enjoyment. It's
for fun ONLY.
8. Titles are awarded based on Storylines and
Roleplays. The better the Roleplays and your ability to work out the storylines, you can
move up very quickly in the ranks.
9. DO NOT use announcers or reporters other than
those specified in the PWA Staff Page.
10. When you post to one of the boards, you MUST
leave your name! If you do not we will track you via your IP address and you will be
warned for your first offense and suspended for your second offense. The only exception to
this rule is if you have permission from one of either Rob or Jarett. When leaving an
anonymous post that you have permission for, please state in the post who gave you
permission to post anonymously.
11.When you first join the PWA, you'll be under a
probationary period. This probation lasts for 4 matches, which you will be required to
roleplay for. If you cannot roleplay for a match, you must let either Rob or Jarett know
why before the roleplaying deadline. People that don't put forth a good effort during the
probation won't be invited to stay in the PWA. This is strict, but necessary to make sure
the PWA retains its high level of quality.
12. During this probation period, the staff of the
PWA will be evaluating your skills and offer suggestions on how to improve, if needed.
There is also a Roleplay Help board for further help from the members of the PWA.
13. These rules CAN and will change at any given
time, so check them out on a regular basis and remember to have FUN!!! |
