Mods I've worked\are
working on...
Just a reminder: the Uplink Lite mod for the game Half-Life can be downloaded on my files
page. Also, another mod for Half-Life I contributed to shortly before making this
site is Svencoop,
which is a multiplayer mod designed for cooperative play in mind. Finally, my
current project (and a work in progress at that) is my role of audio guy for the Mayday TC for Half-Life.

More on the return of Darth
Maul.
Or in all actuallity, the disconfirmation of it. Here is a chat transcript with
Phantom Menace Producer Rick McCallum from Episode II.net:
Dmx796: when does the newest starwars come out
Rick: Episode II will come out in summer of 2002.
Jedi-JJBinks: Mr. McCallum, as you know, Darth Maul is an extremely popular character. Any
chance we may
see him again?
Rick: Not likely. But remember, (speaking sinisterly) the Dark Side has lots of
characters.
Jedi-JJBinks: Mr. McCallum, how far along is Mr. Lucas in his script for Episode II?
Rick: He started, but he's not far enough. But I'm hoping it will be finished by
September.

DirectX 7 Beta?
Word of mouth is, this url
has a beta version of Microsoft's Multimedia API, Direct X. The currently
known public version is Version 6.1. Be noteworthy that as of this typing, the
server is very slow from people probably trying to grab it. Also be aware that since
it's not from Microsoft server, that the file may not be legit, so use at your own risk. (June 4, 1 a.m. Central US Time
update: looks like the file was pulled due to extreme traffic.)

Bigger than usual update (TM).
Wow! Sorry for those 2 weeks of no updates: everytime I tried to update my ISP would crap
out! Anyhow, I've moved all the old news below if you want to check it out.
Evidence that Darth Maul may
return in Star Wars: Episode II
From this article:
They insist that, with the Clone Wars coming up in ``Episode II,'' Lucas has a perfect
opportunity to return everyone's favorite bad boy. Will Lucas do it? McCaig (Lucasfilm
concept designer) won't say what his boss (Lucas) has in store, but he does dangle a
carrot. "I'm actually working on that right now,'' he says. "So the question
will be answered in the next four weeks or so."
See that damn scrolling Geocities thinga-ma-bob to the right!?!? It's all a government plot to weaken society's will! Imbedded in it's secret html coding is web-hypnosis that leaves you unaware to government agents in white environmental suits that come at night to do sexual experiments on your body!
Oh, here's the real counter. =}
