I know what you're asking if you're new. "What the hell are the Otaku Wars! and what's with the gratuitous exclaimation point?" The latter question even we can't answer. The former question is best summed up thusly: 
Our Public Little War is a sort of role-playing, on-going, fanfic type thing.
Specific, ne? What we do here is fight -- sometimes creatively, sometimes 
funnily and almost always illogically -- over which of the Senshi is truly 
superior.

It's in its third "season" and spiraling out of control! It will probably crash all of UseNet by the year 2002, but it's a boatload of fun.
