Humans in the ConPSIracy world

Who do you trust?

In the world of ConPSIracy, anyone could be an alien working to create Anarchy. But what about the humans?
What do they do?

Well, I suggest that most players belong to his/her countries Alien-Tracking-Task-Force.
Depending on the country, the Patron point costs will vary, but assume in most 'First world'
Countries that the government (30 points) will supply State of the art equipment (10 points), and,
because they are employed by the government, all law enforcers etc. have orders not to arrest or impede them
which I would say is (15 points) because I cant find the legal powers advantages.
This gives a total of 55 points advantages, all of which is taken away the minute the players act irresponsibly
i.e. mugging grannys...

Over the next few weeks, I'll stick up info on what the Governments know about the Greys...

Britain: Because the government is so useless at everything else, it would be safe to assume
that they must be concentrating on the Greys...

At the moment they *believe* the Greys come from Pluto, due to unknown reasoning...
They also believe the Aliens are malevolent (true), but open to negotiations (?)
, and that peace can be acheived.

They also believe that the Aliens have hi tech machinery which has created the illusions of PSI powers.
Only high up people in parliament know about the British-Anti-Alien-League (BAAL), and only previous Prime ministers
and BAAL itself know about PSI powers...


Japan:
Being more or less the centre of technology on Earth, Japan has been the main target of Alien infiltration and sabotage.
This has caused the japanese government to realise that peace cannot be achieved, and so no negotiation attempts are carried out.

However, the government has no Task force of it's own, preferring to create efficient competition by hiring out specialised anti alien security firms
who compete for the best results. However, inefficiency sometimes results when two or more groups operate on the same case, as sabotage attempts on rivals can occur.

America:
The second largest reciever of alien attacks, however America has only a small task force, due to public opinion.
There are a lot of conspiracy theorists who would dearly love to reveal evidence of an alien conspiracy with the government.
An extra complication is that the government is thoroughly riddled with the Greys, which does not help the task force in america...


Native American Reservations:

For some reason, the Native Americans are one of the few who have been wholly left alone by the Greys.
The American task force is currently examining Native legends for possible past freindships between the Greys and the ancient tribes.


Germany:

Germany is aware of the Greys to an extent, but do not believe the Grey's are acting alone.
The German government is divided on the issue. Some believe other countries have made deals with the Grey's
and are concerned that other countries in Europe may house Alien bases.
Others believe that the Greys are not true aliens, but figure heads made by the real aliens to represent themselves.

Less popular theories claim that the Greys are part of a vast Alien empire.

The fact is that no one is sure...

Russia:

Being a large industrial country, Russia is one of the most attacked countries.
However, the government has not realised that Aliens are responsible because the Greys
in Russia have been using terrestial technology for some reason.
It is currently unknown to what extent Russia has been infiltrated...

France:
As yet, Aliens haven't infiltrated France to a huge extent. But should they ever need to go shopping in Calais...
