The Act 11.0 was broadcast on 12/11/98 in Tokyo and Osaka. The program consisted of two short stories (Act 11.0 and Act 11.5).
At the end of the first term, Arima met both Tsubasa and Miyazawa in their school. Arima felt awkward with Tsubasa. Tsubasa put her face into Yukino's bust strongly. Then both Tsubasa and Yukino changed themselves into a classical cartoon for little girls "Bishoujo Mode."
Director Anno showed a real performance film.
On tiles, pictorial letters were shown. The letters were made of clay.

At the first term, many various things happened.
Yukino met Arima. Souichirou Arima talked about a Kenso fencing meeting in August. It was an All-Japan inter-high school match in Kyoto.
Arima's skill was excellent. He was selected as a regular member of the school team. In July, he had to join training at a training camp. He said, "We cannot meet for a while."
He said, "I will have a holiday since August 7th."
Suddenly Arima said, "I want to embrace Yukino." Yukino agreed. Arima began to embrace her. The anime became monochromatic. The next moment, in the high sky, the two embraced each other.
In the speech day of the first term, Asaba appeared in front of Yukino and Arima. Asaba gave Arima a kind of talisman (Senbaduru: a string of one thousand paper cranes).
Asaba said, "I will watch Yukino lest a vermin should approach her."
Arima said, "You are the vermin!"
Yukino said, "I will go to swimming pool with Asaba."
Asaba said, "I will show her my fine body out of my shirt."
Then Asaba's muscular body was shown. He began to dance erotically.
Arima decided to grow up and to build himself into a man in order for Yukino to love him much more while he could not meet her.
