Sailor Moon, The Immensely popular Japanese Anime, has reached North American Homes with new episodes! It is a hit show on Cartoon Network's Toonami

The story of Sailor Moon is...twisted

this is an animated series that went through 200 episodes over the course of five seasons, during the early 90's
It has been airing on North american television since fall 1995, and has become enough of a pop icon that the Canadian group Barenaked Ladies mentioned it in their song "One Week". The deal for disney to do a live action movie fell through, but the feature length cartoons are scheduled to be released by Pioneer next year
