Ok.... before u start complaining about my site, I have to inform you surfers out there first,

No. 1 :i am not a regular net surfer, therefore the news on my page won't be updated often,

No.2 :The comments are my personal view, not happy with them? send in your opinion.

No.3 :i live in Singapore, not in Taiwan or Hong Kong where u can get the latest dorama,therefore my
previews of the dramas would be 1 season behind what is shown in Japan.

It was reported that Noriko Sakai recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy, weighing 3.5kg. Best wishes to Noriko and hope that she would return to the silver screen as soon as possible and bring us tearjerker dramas like Heavens coins again.

Ryoko Hirosue, one of the hottest stars then, has been receiving flak from the media in recent months. There has been reports that although she have been accepted into one of japan's top Uni, the number of times she actually went to attend class can be counted using one hand. Also, there have been pictures taken of Ryoko smoking whilst she was in the make up room. Needless to say,her reputation and her popularity has not been too good since......

Tomomi Kahala, one of the actresses in Boyhunt and also a singer, has reportedly got over her past boyfriend, Tetsuya Komuro. Seems she has been unhappy ever since breaking up with TK and have also been reported to have tried to commit suicide. Well, these are all in the past and juding from recent pictures of Tomomi, she must definitely watch her weight to maintain her popularity....

Takuya Kimura have recently travelled to Hong Kong to sign a deal to act in Wong Ka Wai <2046>, seems that Takuya is taking this chance to venture overseas. According to reports, Takuya was amazed that the filming of the show would be done in English although he expected everyone to speak cantonese. He was also last seen attending Faye Wong's Concert and Utada Hikaru's concert in Japan sporting a shorter hair length. Nevertheless, he is still as cool as ever.

Yutaka Takenouchi was said to be two timing her present girlfriend. His former girlfriend was caught leaving his flat late at night. Denying that he had patch up with his ex, he told reporters that his ex just wanted to have a talk with Yutaka, but as he is a media figure, such meetings can be quite difficult, hence the meeting at night.

if this has anything to do with Nanako Matsushima...... Naomi seems to be quite popular too, with such great cast(Norika Fujiwara and Co.)....looks like a GTO ripoff to me...

Seems like Takuya Kimura was the chosen actor in the drama LIPSTICK, however due to the fact that the
scriptwriter keeps changing the script, Takuya was apparently fed up and finally rejected the role....

Vivian Hsu will be acting in this season Fuji Tv dorama.....looks like chinese actress/actors are in demand
in japan right now, with Takeshi Kaneshiro (God,please give me some more),Kelly Chan (Oni no Sumika)
Joey Wong (The Last Song) part of the foreign contigent making waves in Japan.

Some general info. ,

Japanese dramas have been gaining popularity since Heaven Coins(Die Sterntaler) 1 & 2 starting showing on TV. As all of us know, popular dramas are seldom shown on the local TV network, therefore, the other ways of watching them is thru these channels:

1)Renting tapes (Not really recommended unless u understand japanese, since there are no subtitles)
2)Subscribing to cable channels (recommended as the dramas are subtitled, cheapest way to watch many
dramas for a low, low cost)
3)VCDs(Best choice)

VCD

Ok, Getting VCDs are the only way to watch popular dorama! Now for VCDs, in places like Hong Kong, once an episode of a latest drama is shown on cable, in the next few days, that episode would be reproduced on VCD, with sub titles. How is that for efficency! Therefore, u can purchase serials episode by episode in Hong Kong. Once the whole serial is shown on cable, it would be made into box sets, which is what is found in Singapore. There are generally many companies producing such VCDs, but i have to recommend the 'Golden Crown' brand VCDs made by Shin Yin Video & Audio Ltd. They produces one of the highest quality VCDs with little or almost no skipping of video or audio tracks.

Since this is a new setup website, i would like net surfers who visit my site to provide me with the the help that i requires:

1) i need more info. ! Send me anything that concerns dorama to me! Especially ratings for the various doramas. If u want any mp3s or more Real Audio, write to me!
2)Does anyone where to buy or download the japanese drama poster?(those posters with the channel logo and time slot of the show)

Also, does anyone know where i can purchase the dorama "To love you more or koibito yo" or rent it? i love that show, and Honami Suzuki was simply superb ! Bring out the kleenex if you're watching it!
