If U don't know how ICQ skin work then please read
the following
1) Click here to download ICQ Plus
2) Install ICQ Plus then U will see a PLUS sign on your ICQ
3) Go into that PLUS sign then U will see something like the picture under
4) Save the skin files into your PLUS/Skin
folder
5) Go into the PLUS menu and click Import, find your skin folder and then select the skin
you download (don't unzip the file). If you have to change the border colour or the text
colour, you can go in edit just below the Import button.
