1. You must enter a valid email address, or you will not be accepted.
2. First of all, I must approve of your membership. You have to wait for my approval, which could take a day to a week.
3. You cannot choose a member name like "Hotaru Tomoe" or "Sailor Saturn", or anything like that anymore. I have enough of them.
4. You must like Sailor Saturn (not be anti-Sailor Saturn in any way). It would be great to have big fans of Sailor Saturn join the fanclub. There are people out there who have different tastes, and Sailor Saturn may not be #1 for some people. So, if you are a Sailor Moon fan who is not anti-Sailor Saturn, and you would like to learn more about Sailor Saturn, then this is the fanclub for you.
5. That you should will actually take part in something for SSF (optional, but recomended).
6. You must add yourself to our mailing list so I can send important mail to you, not by emailing you with all of the over 250 email addresses.
7. . If you have a web page, that you put a member badge on your page to help advertise. This is optional, but recommended.

1. Use of all the accessories which I and others made. This includes banners, backgrounds, buttons, etc.
2. Recieve your own email of joining, and a membership card. There is only one Member Card.
3. Use of the graphic's, etc.
4. Use of the Message Board.
5. List your homepage on the Members List so other people can visit your page.
6. Recieve news and updates on the Fanclub.
7. Use the Chat Room.
