Roy Fokker is Hikaru´s friend and Hikaru calls him "big brother". The know each other from their time at the flying circus of Hikaru´s father.Roy left the circus to become a soldier and joined some time later the SDF-1 project. Before Roy dies from the injuries of a battle he gave his Battleroid with a skull on it to Hikaru. Now Hikaru and Roy´s girlfriend Claudia realize how serious their situation is.
